The Social Media Marketing Specialist will strategize and manage compelling social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging social media platforms to raise awareness about our brand, engage with our target audience, manage our website effectively, and drive meaningful impact.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Handle the maintenance and updates of the organization & website, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and user experience optimization.
3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to optimize social media campaigns, website content, and outreach efforts.
4. Monitor social media analytics and website metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key insights.
5. Engage with our Social Media accounts by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
6. Implement digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and online advertising, to expand the reach and impact of our grant-making initiatives.

Other requirements
1. Strong understanding of social media platforms, website management systems, trends, and best practices.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling ability.
3. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
Proficiency in social media management tools, website content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms.
4. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of graphic design software such as Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
6. Undergraduate ongoing students or higher secondary school pass.
