About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create or collaborate with the editor to create engaging social media content for our platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
2. Post videos and event highlights, tagging artists and relevant brands
3. Monitor comments, respond to inquiries with proper language, and maintain an active online presence
4. Collaborate with our team to develop creative campaigns and promotions
5. We have the data and ideas to be posted, putting extra ideas & thoughts to it and posting on socials then
6. Based in Lucknow and can be available on-site for event coverage & content creation

1. Demonstrate a genuine love for hip-hop music and the art
2. Maintain a positive and optimistic mindset
3. Possess basic video editing skills, preferably with experience using phone video editing tools
4. Be available for occasional in-person meetings, if required
5. Reside in or near Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (15% of 20000).
