About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist trainers in preparing and conducting workshops and provide technical support during sessions.
2. Facilitate group activities, ensure active participation, and organize fun activities to engage participants.
3. Guide participants through the onboarding process for requisite schemes and platforms (e.g., social media, government programs) and ensure accurate registration of selected participants in relevant online systems.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for participant queries and provide timely and accurate information to entrepreneurs.
5. Serve as a liaison between women entrepreneurs and STEP trainers, ensuring smooth communication during and after workshops, and escalate issues to the appropriate person when necessary.

Please note:
1. Interns will be assigned to a group of women entrepreneurs at the beginning of the program and will work with the same group throughout the program duration.
2. Mandatory in-person attendance of interns for weekly/biweekly workshops in Jhansi.
