Talent Acquisition Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Candidate sourcing: Finding and connecting with the right talent across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, internal databases).
2. Screening & shortlisting: Carefully reviewing resumes and profiles to identify the most qualified candidates for the position.
3. Interview coordination: Organizing and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
4. Database management: Keeping candidate information up to date and tracking the progress of each hiring process.
5. Recruitment strategy: Collaborating with the team to refine hiring strategies, aiming for more effective and quicker hiring.
6. Performance-driven growth: Analyzing data, such as profile conversion rates, to optimize recruitment practices and boost efficiency.
