1. Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
2. Experience in social media marketing and community building (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
4. Proficiency in Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
5. Must have a personal laptop and a reliable phone connection
6. Available to work from the office 2 days a week
