Talent Acquisition Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities
2. Communicate with candidates via email and phone to provide updates, gather necessary information, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
3. Provide administrative assistance, such as organizing candidate files, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and preparing recruitment-related documentation
4. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by preparing welcome kits, scheduling orientation sessions, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
