As a telecalling intern, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in MS Office, English and Hindi proficiency, employment engagement, and MS Excel.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
3. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update the database accordingly.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
5. Assist in creating and updating reports using MS-Excel.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
7. Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 750 per sale).
