Telecalling Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with students and working professionals, provide them with information and guidance on career options and assist them in choosing suitable full-time programs
2. Engage with prospective students and working professionals through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
3. Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into admissions.
4. Provide comprehensive information about various full-time and distance learning programs offered by the organization.
5. Understand the career aspirations, educational background, and professional goals of prospective students to offer tailored guidance.
6. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify suitable programs and academic paths for individuals.
7. Generate revenue from the leads provided.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them throughout the enrollment process.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging career options, and advancements in education to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students.
10. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and admissions in the CRM system.
