As a telecalling intern at Trimax International, you will have the opportunity to enhance your communication skills while contributing to the growth of our company.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
2. Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs and client databases using MS-Excel.
4. Follow up with clients via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Assist in developing scripts and call guidelines to streamline communication processes.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and track progress.
7. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve communication skills and enhance performance.

2. can start the part time job/internship between 1st Mar'25 and 31st Mar'25
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
