Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers to address inquiries, concerns, and orders.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers in our database.
4. Assist in following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to effectively answer customer questions.
7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences to improve our services.
