About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connecting with the existing client base and gathering their valuable feedback, keeping them updated on the latest offers, new catalogues, and menus, and maintaining a strong rapport
2. Making outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest, informing them about offerings, new menus, promotions, and offers, and performing cold calling as needed
3. Maintaining a B2B client base and following up on leads, generating new leads based on target market preferences or areas
4. Generating new ideas for marketing and attracting prospects for the business
5. Monitoring the company's online presence and customer reactions, checking Swiggy and Zomato for ratings and feedback, and providing appropriate relief to customers who faced issues
6. Coordinating and scheduling meetings
7. Assisting with additional duties as assigned
