As a Telecalling intern at Express Rupya, you will have the exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and fast-growing company in the finance industry. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through phone calls to promote our services and generate leads.
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce Express Rupya's services
2. Identify customer needs and provide information about our products
3. Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with interested leads
4. Maintain a database of contacts and update customer information accurately
5. Assist in organizing promotional events or campaigns to attract more customers
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective calling scripts
7. Provide feedback on customer reactions and suggestions for improving our telecalling strategies
