4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up on any pending tasks
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities for upselling
6. Assist in organizing and managing customer databases to ensure efficient communication
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance your communication and sales skills
