Key responsibilities:

2. Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
3. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and achieve sales goals.
5. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in messaging.
7. Participating in training sessions to enhance your telecalling skills and product knowledge.
