Telecalling Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Outbound and Inbound Calls: Make and receive calls to prospective clients or customers, providing information about products or services.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication.
3. Customer Interaction: Address queries, provide support, and guide customers through processes.
4. Data Management: Maintain records of calls, customer information, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
5. pitching and Promotion: Deliver product/service information clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
6. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales or ensure customer satisfaction.
