About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Leading guided tours for groups of tourists, providing insightful commentary and sharing interesting facts about the destination.
2. Ensuring the tour schedule is followed and participants are engaged throughout the tour.
3. Thoroughly researching and preparing information about the destination's history, culture, landmarks, and other relevant topics.
4. Staying updated on current events, local news, and any changes that might affect the tour itinerary.
5. Communicating clearly and effectively to convey historical, cultural, and geographical information to participants of varying backgrounds and languages.
6. Answering questions and providing accurate information in a friendly and professional manner.
7. Interacting with tourists in a courteous and respectful manner, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during the tour.
8. Addressing any concerns or issues that participants may have.
9. Ensuring the safety and well-being of tour participants by adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
10. Managing logistical aspects of the tour, such as timing, transportation arrangements, and any necessary accommodations.
11. Facilitating interactive experiences during the tour, such as hands-on activities or opportunities for participants to engage with local culture.
12. Assisting in promoting tours and attracting visitors by providing information through various channels, including social media, brochures, and websites.
