Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and calls
2. Assist customers in selecting and customizing travel itineraries based on their preferences
3. Provide pre-trip support by answering queries related to bookings, transportation, accommodations, and trip details
4. Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transport providers, and local guides to ensure smooth arrangements
5. Confirm bookings, issue tickets, and share itineraries with customers in a timely manner
6. Act as a point of contact for resolving complaints or ensuring quality service delivery
7. Share travel tips and recommendations to enhance customer experiences

4. Enthusiastic about the travel industry and interested in curating meaningful travel experiences
5. Meticulous in managing bookings, itineraries, and customer communications.
6. Ensures accuracy and quality in all tasks.
