About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Edit short content videos, reels, and YouTube videos to captivate and engage our audience.
2. Ensure high video quality by selecting and organizing footage, adding effects, color correction, and sound editing.
3. Collaborate with our team to understand content objectives and align with our educational brand style.
4. Manage project timelines to ensure videos are delivered on schedule.
5. Continuously explore new editing techniques to make content fresh, relevant, and impactful.
6. Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance video quality and storytelling.
7. Assist in conceptualizing video ideas and suggest creative improvements.

Other requirements
1. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or other equivalent tools).
2. Understanding of social media video formats, particularly for Instagram Reels and YouTube.
3. Strong sense of visual storytelling, color correction, audio syncing, and basic motion graphics.
4. Attention to detail and a creative eye for video aesthetics.
5. Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
6. Basic knowledge of animation is a plus, but not mandatory.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 150 per video).
