About part time job/internship
Are you a creative & enthusiastic visual communication intern with a passion for photography, videography, audio editing, & digital content creation? This is a part-time role ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in multimedia production and digital communication. As an intern, you will collaborate with our team to create engaging visual & audio content, assist in development of digital training modules, & support the execution of online events and webinars.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Photo & Video Creation: Capture, edit, & produce high-quality photos, videos, and audio for marketing & training purposes.
2. Edit & enhance audio tracks ensure clarity consistency & alignment with visual content for videos podcasts & other digital media.
3. Use editing software to refine and enhance visual and audio content, ensuring it aligns with our brand's aesthetics and messaging.
4. Digital Training Module Development: Assist in creating and preparing interactive digital training modules that effectively convey educational content.
5. Webinar Hosting: Support the planning, coordination, and hosting of webinars, including managing technical aspects such as audio quality and engaging with participants.
6. Event Hosting: Assist in organizing and hosting video-based events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees, and managing audio-visual components.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and communications team to brainstorm ideas and execute projects.

Other requirements
1. Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition), basic knowledge of digital content creation, and familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
2. Education: current enrollment in or recent graduation from a visual communication, digital media, or related program.
3. Creativity: A strong eye for design and detail, with the ability to translate ideas into visually and audibly compelling content.
4. Communication: good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team members and event participants.
5. Enthusiasm: a passion for visual and audio storytelling and a willingness to learn and experiment with new tools and techniques.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per sale).
