1. Editing and Assembling Footage
Cut, edit, and assemble raw video footage to create engaging content, including reels, shorts, and YouTube videos.
2. Collaborating with the Creative Team
Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure video content aligns with the company's brand and vision.
3. Adding Visual and Audio Effects
Incorporate transitions, sound effects, background music, and text overlays to enhance video quality and engagement.
4. Maintaining Project Organization
Organize project files and maintain an efficient workflow for multiple video projects at once.
5. Revisions and Feedback
Make necessary revisions based on feedback from senior editors or team members and ensure final approval before delivery.
6. Researching Trends
Stay updated on current video trends, editing styles, and industry standards to keep content fresh and relevant.
7. Colour Grading and Audio Balancing
Ensure proper colour grading and audio balancing to maintain consistency and quality in the video output.
8. Meeting Deadlines
Ensure all video projects are completed on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
9. File Management and Exporting
Export video files in different formats suitable for various platforms and ensure proper file storage.
10. Attending Weekly Team Meetings
Participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and updates.
