About Us:
We operate a YouTube channel dedicated to showcasing the journeys of startups and founders in Mumbai. Our mission is to share their experiences and insights with a global audience, inspiring future entrepreneurs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Edit raw video footage into engaging and polished content that aligns with our channel s style and narrative.
2. Incorporate music, graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.
3. Travel once a week to record video content on-site with startup founders and entrepreneurs in Mumbai.
4. Collaborate closely with the content team to ensure video edits meet quality and brand standards.
Requirements:
1. Is able to perform medium level video editing.
2. Has the ability to create short clips from long form video.
3. Is able to record and shoot videos properly.
4. A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
5. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
6. Experience or coursework in video editing is preferred but not required.
7. Owning editing equipment/software is a plus.
Details:
Location: Mumbai, India
Type: Internship (ideal for individuals looking to gain practical experience in video editing and content creation within the startup ecosystem).
Duration: Flexible, with a commitment of 12-16 hours per week, including one day for on-site recording and 3-4 days for editing from home.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated in a month).
