About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in planning and executing youth marketing campaigns on college campuses and online platforms.
2. Managing and coordinating with campus ambassadors across various universities to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
3. Developing and curating content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and reels that resonate with Gen Z audiences.
4. Supporting on-ground activation events such as campus fests, product sampling, and brand promotions, ensuring smooth execution.
5. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics to track engagement, reach, and success rates.
6. Assisting in the creation of reports, presentations, and proposals for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
7. Conducting market research to identify new trends, college networks, and influencers relevant to campaign objectives.
8. Collaborating with influencers and creators to help develop branded content that aligns with client goals.
9. Engaging with the college community to generate word-of-mouth buzz for campaigns and brand activations.
10. Participating in brainstorming sessions to propose new ideas and strategies for youth-focused campaigns.
Note: You'll manage college campaigns, coordinate with student ambassadors, support on-ground events, and assist with social media content creation. A great opportunity for hands-on experience in youth marketing.

6. Knowledge or prior involvement in influencer marketing or campus ambassador programs.
7. Creative thinking and the ability to bring fresh ideas to marketing campaigns.
8. Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with content creation tools (like Canva) is a plus.
9. Flexibility to attend on-ground events at colleges or campuses when required.
