As a key member of our content department, you will play a crucial role in growing our channel and engaging our audience in the exciting world of Generative AI.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create compelling short-form content from our existing long-form videos on Generative AI topics.
2. Edit and optimize video content to maximize engagement and viewer retention.
3. Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule to keep our audience engaged.
4. Implement innovative strategies to increase channel engagement and subscriber growth.
5. Analyze channel performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.
6. Stay up-to-date on YouTube algorithm changes and best practices to optimize our content strategy.
7. Engage with our community through comments and social media to build a loyal audience.
Min internship duration: 3 months

1. Previous YouTube management experience is essential.
2. Proficiency in video editing software and content creation tools.
3. Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, analytics, and best practices for channel growth.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex AI concepts into engaging content.
5. Familiarity with ed-tech and Generative AI concepts is a plus.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2500 per performance based).
