Partner Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reporting to the head of external partnerships and be the bridge between realtors, builders, and Credit Dharma as the representative of Credit Dharma for all the latest policies and offerings
2. Building the partnership channel in close coordination with the senior stakeholders(Head, External partnerships) and start sourcing leads from them in exchange for the business model decided by Credit Dharma
3. Connecting with offline partners(Builders, Realtors) to execute home loan operations and ensure SLA/TAT according to in-house processes
4. Educating external partners on available Credit Dharma products, interest rates, terms and conditions, and source business
5. Understanding the latest technology dynamics in the home loan industry and see which products are being brought by competitors/incumbents in the home loan industry
6. Having in-person 1 to 1 meetings with all stakeholders of the partnerships companies including but not limited to connectors, brokers, and DSA's on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
7. Participating in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills
