Guten tag & good day! We are a German craft Bakery & Bistro from Stuttgart & St.Leon, based in Koramangala, Bangalore. We have the mission to bring authentic German bread culture and delicious food to our beloved India.
Under the training of the senior 'Head Chef Anton Reissmueller (73)' and our incredible team and head chef from all over India & the world, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and interested interns to join us as 'Pastry Assistant Chefs on this journey. We are a big family and are super thrilled to grow and expand our start-up with you.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Preparing authentic German recipes.
2. Oversee and collaborate in daily production, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to authentic baking techniques.
3. Receptive to be trained by the Senior Head Chef Anton from Germany & explore new German dishes (annually 2-4 times).
4. (Decent) training and/or experience with dough and baking.
5. Hard-working and proactive.
5. Maintenance of hygienic protocols in the baking studio & kitchen.
6. Manage inventory to ensure freshness and avoid shortages.
7. Interested in helping out with tasks in the kitchen and baking space with an open mind of us being a small start-up!
8. Being in for the long run to grow through us and with us, long-term.
9. Swift in learning new recipes.
10. Someone seeking to be part of an international team and new learnings in your craft.
Based on your performance review, there is a possibility of considering you for a permanent role in the kitchen as a 'Pastry Chef'.
