1. Equipped with state-of-the-art PCB design tools and methodology
2. Experience with Cadence and Allegro tools
3. Able to work with high-speed board designs or layouts, high-density ball-grid array's (BGA), and blind and buried vias
4. Experience with all phases of hardware development (i.e., schematic entry, manually generated constraints, requirements of the constraints, board layout)
5. Knowledge of PCB failure modes and reliability in extreme environments
6. Experience developing IPC classes 2 and 3 boards
7. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams
8. Ability to participate in schematic and design reviews
9. Experience testing and debug boards using standard electronics lab equipment
