Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and existing employees
2. Collaborate with the HR team to organize training sessions and development programs for staff members
3. Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations
4. Help with performance management tasks, such as conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback
5. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
6. Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all Round glass employees
