1. Support the chief operating officer (COO) in all HR and administration-related activities
2. Work on interfacing with suppliers for workspace, equipment, and payroll-related topics
3. Work on constantly communicating with the COO
4. Work on constantly communicating with the people and support them in HR and admin-related activities
5. Handle the requests in Jira related to HR and administrative tasks
Requirements:
1. Someone who is studying the 7/8th semester of an MBA (HR) or a similar field of masters
2. Should be maintaining an aggregate of 70% or above with no active backlogs
3. Must be good with MS tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
4. Must have good written and oral language skills in English
5. Must have good listening skills
6. Must be available during weekdays for at least 4 hours every day
7. Must be able to explore the problem to find solutions
8. Must be ready to learn and take on challenges
