We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a photographer/cinematographer and academy instructor. This dynamic role involves both teaching photography and cinematography courses at our academy and actively participating in various photography and cinematography projects, ranging from portfolio shoots to in-house cinematography projects.
1. Teaching: Conduct engaging and informative photography and cinematography classes for students at our academy.
2. Curriculum Development: Develop comprehensive lesson plans, tutorials, and hands-on exercises to enhance students' understanding and proficiency in photography and cinematography.
3. Student Guidance: Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and mentorship to students to help them develop their technical skills and artistic vision.
4. Project Execution: Execute photography and cinematography projects, including but not limited to portfolio photography, event coverage, and in-house cinematography projects, meeting project deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
5. Equipment Management: Ensure the proper maintenance and organization of photography and cinematography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.

Other requirements
1. Proven experience as a photographer and cinematographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your photography and cinematography skills across various genres and styles.
2. Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and techniques to students of varying skill levels.
3. Proficiency in photography and cinematography software and tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
5. Passion for photography and cinematography, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional work.
6. Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm at our location in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore.
