Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct research on podcasts related to career development and job search
2. Work on pitching me to podcast hosts as a guest interviewer
3. Schedule 3-4 podcast interviews for me
4. Create short media clips from the recorded podcast interviews

Note: This role might evolve into handling the publishing of the podcast too.
