About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on candidate sourcing and screening. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
2. Coordinate with employers.
3. Handle placement activities management.
4. Facilitate smooth communication between students and recruiters.
5. Assist with database management.
6. Ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate profiles and job opportunities.
7. Assist with resume building and interview preparation. Guide candidates in creating effective resumes.
8. Follow up with candidates and employers post-offer to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
9. Work on reporting and analytics.
10. Work on relationship-building with educational institutions.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per per placement ).
