About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Listing services on the platform and making sure that the products are timely enabled/disabled as per the terms with the merchants to ensure compliances and smooth sales
2. Leading customer support and helping the team to resolve customer queries by providing real-time solutions
3. Keeping a track of the number of orders on a daily, weekly, monthly, and event specific/category-wise basis
4. Assisting in reconciliations and payments to merchants
5. Keeping a continuous check with merchants to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers and resolve their queries
6. Working on flash sales where products are curated for sale at a discounted price
7. Coordinating with the relevant team for promotions and any technical issues faced by the users
8. Maintaining sales and delivery reports for all teams
