About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Studying and identifying the best platform for developing podcast audio series for exchange of information among and to women entrepreneurs in Shimla District, Himachal Pradesh
2. Developing the concept for the podcast audio series and executing it
3. Handling the consultation with programme staff and women group representatives to discuss and finalise the expectations
4. Articulating the expectation (responsibility matrix of different stakeholders), training the programme staff and the women entrepreneurs in the use and functionalities of podcast series
5. Piloting the podcast channel with at least 10 audio messages (2 each from different stakeholders)
6. Handling the process documentation for the stakeholders to take the channel forward
