About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Get involved in after-sales activities
2. Ensure customer follow-ups
3. Execute operations pertaining to assigned service verticals with a focus on operational excellence
4. Maintain the progress of each work order
5. Research, analyze, and resolve customer issues and questions
6. Maintain a good relationship with the sales team and clients
7. Coordinate with our clients
8. Look after the delivery for products
