1. Work on the configuration and testing of electric drive subsystems including battery management system, motor controller, AC/DC Motor, DC-DC converters, etc.
2. Analyze the design with simulation tools and calculations to verify its conformance to the requirements (PSPICE, ANSYS or equivalent)
3. Conduct design validation on prototypes to implement the design
4. Conduct design reviews, incorporate team feedback and release the design documents for builds
5. Specify production test methods and limits and work with the development team to realize the design
6. Work on the development and assembly of EV components into a set prototype
7. Perform rigorous prototype testing, identify potential drawbacks and plan required refinements
8. Optimize design for energy efficiency
9. Design and Implement basic VCU for a prototype BEV using an STM microcontroller vehicular performance data extraction
10. Prepare complete documentation for all electrical designs, including wiring schematics, bill of materials, assembly drawings
11. Work on intercity travels to support development activities
12. Work on inter-module communications protocols
Additional Information:
Apart from the stipend, accommodation and food will be provided in Bangalore, without any additional cost. The selection process will be a technical interview, case studies and a behavioral interview.
