Private Equity & Venture Capital Internship

Essential Job Functions:
Performing desktop-based research on sectors and companies and their business models
Performing desktop-based financial analysis and comparison with other companies
Participate in support activities pertaining to supporting the portfolio companies.
Competitor mapping, financial modelling, and supporting in deal closure.
Interact with start-ups and understand their business models and identify the right start-ups to solve a given problem statement.
Assist in researching and summarizing variety of topics including emerging sustainable technologies, ESG policies, regulations and climate change.
Take notes and memos during meetings.
Perform all other duties as needed and assigned.

Essential Knowledge and Skill
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (strong skills working in Excel and PowerPoint preferred).
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
Self-motivated, works well independently or with a team.
