Process Engineer (Product Development) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work along with the engineering team in optimizing and producing high-quality nano-engineered surface coatings
2. Work on holding the responsibility for designing and developing lab scale and pilot scale product prototypes
3. Work on conducting extensive tests and trials of the prototypes in lab and simulated environments for performance evaluation and optimization
4. Ensure proper documentation of research and development related activities
5. Support the team in doing all that it takes to convert lab idea into an industry-ready and acceptable product
6. Support the production team with document creation, account management, communications & other administrative activities
7. Work on mastering the various manufacturing and characterization processes in place
8. Ensure proper inventory management and quality control
9. Coordinate all production-related activities
10. Work on customer management & product/ service management
11. Work on motivating the team to create a high-performance culture to meet the strategic & financial objectives of the company
12. Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing
