Proctering Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Proctor a variety of tests for external and internal clients of proctoring services
2. Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials, test logs, and other test documents
3. Work on documentation of cheating or dishonesty to assist in the student discipline process
4. Manage inventory and order exams on an ongoing basis
5. Work with students who have need of special accommodations, including but not limited to reading tests, scribing tests, or providing a special testing climate
6. Enter student details into appropriate software
7. Check the student s information and code the records for reports
8. Report rule violations and/or unusual occurrences during examinations
9. Track the expiration date for the student s tests
10. Return tests to the appropriate party if they expire before the student takes the test
11. Assist with the design and distribution of flyers, handouts, and door signs regarding the test-taking hours and rules
