1. Managing various procurement projects, including purchasing, contracting, sourcing, and commodity management
2. Understanding business objectives to generate project information, action items, schedule, and deliverables for the team
3. Regularly monitoring project progress and reporting project status to procurement management
4. Assisting the team in procurement-related activities as needed
5. Working with cost price analysis and commodity management groups to formulate negotiation plans
6. Defining data analytics requirements and developing a database, tools, and dashboard using available solutions
7. Developing innovative approaches to reviewing procurement process effectiveness and exploring reporting solutions for customers and suppliers
8. Providing recommendations on all procurement-related issues, plans, reports, operations, and metrics
9. Analyzing industry trends and market competition to develop business improvement initiatives
