About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the specific needs of the user department for various goods and services
2. Gain an understanding of the processes, relevant regulations and use of e-procurement and GeM
3. Draft and publish notice for Inviting Tender/Expression of Interest/Request for Proposal/Request for Empanelment documents
4. Work on internal stakeholders and external vendor management
5. Assess the need and conducting the vendor empanelment process and rate contracts to optimize costs wherever required
