About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with the product management team to improve product adoption
2. Configure PinnacleWorks's product for various industries & brands, following a high standard of delivery & quality
3. Track & report product KPIs and crisply and impactfully report on KPIs highlighting progress and proactively identify issues/improvement areas
4. Understand client needs to reach a strong scalable solution
5. Maintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of delivered reports
6. Work on QA reports for not only errors and issues in the product functionality, but also make suggestions on data representation
7. Define the product metrics to be evaluated and create reports & dashboards to present to higher management
