1. Work with our digital and virtual product interface where different events, webinars, and quizzes need to be created with the help of the provided CMS system and successful delivery to clients needs to be handled
2. Work closely with developers in terms of making a good product and work closely with clients for smooth execution of the delivery process
3. Present our product demo to clients in their technical aspect - after the sales team closes the deal, the delivery team comes into action where they will be managing end-to-end delivery of the product to clients
4. Work closely with the team and clients to refine/ensure proper client delivery and successful customer engagements
5. Promote good working relationships and encourage high standards of conduct and work performance
6. Take care of client satisfaction and feedback
Requirements:
1. B. Tech/M. Tech, BCA/MCA, only B. Tech, MBA
2. Must possess skills in testing the product in which they are working
3. Should be able to find out issues/bugs - such as overall sanity testing for the site through which usability experience can be enhanced
4. Must have good skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
5. Manage live customer communications, written and/or verbal to ensure that the live customers are aware of our plans and how these may impact their services
