We are seeking enthusiastic interns with a strong interest in Andhra vegetarian cuisine. The ideal candidates will assist in product development, focusing on both breakfast items and main meals, in a fast-paced QSR environment. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced chefs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the development and refinement of traditional Andhra vegetarian dishes, focusing on breakfast and main meals.
2. Assist in documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product consistency.
3. Collaborate with the operations and quality teams to maintain high standards in product development and kitchen practices.
4. Contribute to the introduction of new menu items, considering the evolving preferences of the Bangalore market while preserving the authenticity of Andhra cuisine.
5. Learn from senior chefs and kitchen staff, gaining hands-on experience in culinary practices and product standardization.
