As an intern at Ecologia Designs, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of our sustainable startup.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the Founder: Work closely with the founder on diverse tasks spanning design, production, and the management of our social media platforms and website
2. Active Participation in Post-Launch Activities: Engage proactively in post-launch stage activities, contributing fresh and innovative ideas to drive the development of our startup
3. Hands-On Product Design: Dive into hands-on tasks related to product design, ensuring our offerings reflect our commitment to sustainability and excellence
4. Coordination and Streamlining: Utilize your strong coordination skills to streamline our production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality across all stages
5. Field Visits and Insight Gathering: Conduct field visits to gather valuable insights from our target market, proposing creative solutions to enhance our offerings
6. Social Media Management and Content Creation: Take charge of our social media presence, crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience and promotes our brand values effectively
7. Website Management and Branding Initiatives: Maintain and update our website, aligning it with our branding initiatives to ensure a cohesive and compelling online presence
8. Staying Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform our strategic decisions and keep us ahead

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., marketing, architecture, design, or a related field).
2. Possess strong verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
3. Demonstrates a passion for creating compelling and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
4. Possess basic knowledge of SEO principles and the ability to incorporate them into content.
5. Proficiency with content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, is a plus.
6. Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices for content promotion.
7. Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2500 per performance evaluation).
