About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Meta-verse cricket stadium(MCS):

1. Manage all operations and business activities at iB Cricket's permanent establishments (MCS).
2. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing an exceptional in-store experience.
3. Assist in organizing and promoting special events or promotions within the store to boost sales and customer engagement.
4. Implement security measures to protect store assets and prevent theft or damage.
5. Collaborate with team members and provide guidance and support to achieve store goals.

B. Event execution: Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for event participants, maintaining high participation and engagement levels.

C. Flexibility: Be adaptable to take on redefined roles and responsibilities as needed to support the company's strategies and overall success.

Other requirements

1. An individual with excellent communication skills in Hindi/Kannada.

2. A reliable and trustworthy individual who can quickly build rapport.

3. Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanour throughout the event

4. Handle physical demands of the job, including setting up equipment and standing for extended periods of time during the event/store.

5. Experience in store management or customer service is an advantage.
