Role Overview:
As a Product Intern, you'll work closely with our Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to contribute to the product development lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, understand market needs, and learn how to build and enhance B2B solutions. The internship offers a pathway to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for high-performing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales) to define product requirements and user stories.
4. Support in creating wireframes, mockups, and product documentation.
5. Analyze product performance using data and metrics to identify areas of improvement.
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas to enhance product features.
7. Assist in preparing product presentations, reports, and other documentation.

Requirements:

1. Completed a B.Tech degree in any engineering discipline. Computer science is preferred.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Basic understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
5. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or other product management/design tools is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
