About the internship
- Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and resource availability.
- Monitor and analyze ecommerce product performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and use this data to make informed decisions about product strategy and development.
- Develop and implement product strategy that aligns with the company's overall mission and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of marketplace activities, e.g. product uploads, reporting, organizing stock transfers.
- Reporting competitor trade performance including KPIs, providing data-driven insight, and conducting deep dives where needed to better understand shopping behaviors and trends.
- Liaise closely with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to improve efficiencies, trade, and customer experience.
- Manage new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle.
- Develop, manage, and refine recruitment strategies to attract top talent in dynamic environments.
- Conduct hiring drives, campus placement programs, etc
- Source talent from multiple channels like LinkedIn, Job Boards, Social Media, Referral etc.
- Create compelling job descriptions, insightful interview questions, and update job ads to attract the right candidates.
- Conduct interviews and align interviews with stakeholders for further selection
