About the internship
As a Product / Founders Office Intern at Zotel.ai, you will work closely with the founding team on a variety of strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in product management, business strategy, and startup operations. You will have the opportunity to work on key projects that will shape the future of Zotel.ai.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Product Development: Assist in the development and enhancement of our hotel management platform. Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and help define product requirements.
2. Business Strategy: Support the founders in strategic planning and execution. This may include competitive analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting in fundraising efforts.
3. Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
4. Operational Support: Help streamline operational processes and improve efficiency. This could involve tasks related to HR, finance, and administration.
5. Customer Insights: Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points. Use this information to drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Marketing & Sales Support: Assist in marketing campaigns, content creation, and sales efforts to drive user acquisition and retention.
