2. Manage the product development & project management activities & ensure clearly defined objectives, timelines & other goals are communicated to every member of the team

4. Provide direction to the team & personally drive efforts to ensure targets for the department are met consistently
5. Drive cost efficiencies to ensure the overall profitability of the department & the organization
6. Provide professional guidance, support & training to direct reporting in team members
7. Conceptualize new strategies & ensure successful roll-out of the product
8. Engage & maintain excellent relations with top management, the technology team, and other partnerships & alliances to expand business revenue streams
9. Manage inter & intra-department coordination to ensure timely implementation & delivery of dependencies
10. Analyze market trends & provide critical market intelligence to management
11. Drive efforts for continuous process improvement, ensure timely & accurate reporting by all team members & ensure compliance with organization policies by team members
