About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform product development decisions
2. User Research: Assist in planning and conducting user research activities, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behavior and preferences
3. Product Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and priorities based on market and user insights
4. Product Design: Support the product design process by creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate product concepts
5. Testing and QA: Assist in testing product functionalities and identifying bugs or issues to ensure a high-quality user experience
6. Data Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
7. Documentation: Help document product specifications, user stories, and other relevant documentation to support the product development process
8. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, gather feedback, and align on priorities

Other requirements
1. Candidates with a B.Tech., M.Tech. in computer science, or similar specialization will be preferred.
2. Strong technical and analytical bent of mind and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
4. Familiarity with product management concepts and methodologies is a plus.
5. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management software.
6. Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) is desirable but not required.
7. Technical Understanding: The candidate should or could have basic understanding of how frontend and backend works in association with various technical concepts such as Mongo databases, any database, APIs, technical logic, etc.
